COMPENSATION

  • $1,000 signing bonus

  • $25 - $35 per hour with overtime opportunities and performance bonuses

Our HVAC lead installs energy efficient heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless heat pumps, and water heaters. We're looking for a leader that takes pride in his work and wants to grow his career while growing our HVAC department.

THE RIGHT PERSON -- What We're Looking for in a Lead HVAC Installer

The right person is passionate, purposeful and experienced.

  • Minimum 2-years of experience specific to residential / retrofit HVAC

  • Advanced knowledge of layout, design, and installation of residential HVAC systems

  • Clean safety record with knowledge of best practices for workplace safety

  • Proficiency with HVAC low voltage systems

  • Ability to test and balance residential HVAC systems

  • Knowledge of applicable building codes in Portland, Oregon

  • Obtain and maintain all installer-based NATE Certifications

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to train entry level personnel

  • Can-do attitude

  • Valid driver’s license
