For a limited time, the Energy Trust of Oregon is increasing their incentive from $550 to $1,000 for new gas furnace installations. The increased incentive only applies to income-qualified homeowners, single-family rentals, and multifamily properties (e.g. condos, townhomes).

Financing a gas furnace replacement

We work with a team of local lending partners to provide financing for our clients. To finance a furnace replacement, you could work with one of our lending partners or go with another bank or credit union that you trust.

Selco: $40.68 (4.00%, 15-year term)
Advantis: $60.37 (5.75%, 10-year term)
Craft3: $61.03 (5.99%, 10-year term for income qualified homeowners)
Banner Bank: $80.32 (5.99%, 7-year term)

Brining it all together

We'd like to close with an example of what a gas furnace replacement would cost.

There are lots of assumptions that go into an example like this (more in a moment). It’s very likely that your costs, financing, and payback will look different.
