About GreenSavers
We help Oregon homeowners make their homes more comfortable, efficient, and easier to live in with whole-home upgrades rooted in building science.
Our mission is to improve lives, inspire our team, and serve our communities by building in a better, more holistic way.
"When I started GreenSavers, the goal was simple: help people make their homes work better. But I quickly learned that you can’t deliver real results by fixing one piece in isolation. A high-performance heat pump won’t live up to its potential in a home with leaky ducts, poor insulation, or bigger efficiency problems.
That realization shaped everything we built. Instead of handing homeowners off from one contractor to another, we expanded to handle the sequence the work actually demands: envelope first, then mechanical systems, then electrical upgrades, then solar. GreenSavers grew out of customer needs, and that whole-home mindset is still at the heart of how we work today."

With BPI-certified technicians and a home performance mindset, we look beyond surface level problems to understand how your home is really performing. That helps us recommend improvements based on real building science, not guesswork. Our team can guide the process from assessment through installation.
We look at how everything in your home works together from insulation, windows and doors, to HVAC, water heaters, solar, and EV charging. Instead of treating each upgrade as a separate project, we help you make smart decisions that improve comfort, efficiency, and performance across the whole home.
We started at a kitchen table in Bend, Oregon in 2007 and grew to serve our Portland community with expert heating, cooling, heat pump, and furnace services designed specifically for Pacific Northwest homes.
Whether you need HVAC repair in Portland, furnace repair in Bend, heat pump installation in Portland, or a trustworthy insulation contractor in Bend, our team combines HVAC expertise with a building-science approach to help your home use less energy and perform reliably year-round. That gives you one point of contact, clearer communication, and improvements designed to work well together.
