What’s included

Your Home Performance Plan includes two maintenance visits each year for enrolled equipment. During each visit, our technicians inspect, clean, test, and tune your system to help keep it running safely and efficiently.

Depending on your equipment, service may include:

• Checking thermostat operation, breakers, disconnects, fuses, and electrical connections
• Inspecting and cleaning key indoor components, including filters, coils, blower wheels, drains, and condensate lines
• Checking heating and cooling performance, including temperature split and auxiliary heat operation when applicable
• Inspecting gas furnace components, including flame, burner assembly, and flame sensor when applicable
• Cleaning and inspecting outdoor components, including fan blades, coils, fins, refrigerant caps, and unit placement
• Confirming the system is back on, operating properly, and ready for the season

Which systems can be enrolled?

Almost all heating and cooling systems can be enrolled in the Home Performance Plan, including:

• Heat pumps
• Ductless heat pumps
• Furnaces
• Central air conditioning systems
• Water heaters

All major HVAC brands can be enrolled in the plan. If you have a boiler system, GreenSavers may be able to help depending on the configuration, though some systems may require a boiler specialist.

How pricing works

Home Performance Plan pricing varies based on the equipment enrolled in the plan, since every home is a little different. For example, a home with one system will be priced differently than a home with multiple systems, additional indoor air handlers, or water heating equipment.

Once we understand your equipment, we’ll confirm your monthly plan price before you enroll. Pricing starts at $24.19 a month.

A note about filters

Plan pricing assumes GreenSavers can purchase or confirm the enrolled system’s filter ahead of scheduled maintenance. If filter measurements are unavailable or the filter is not provided before the first scheduled visit, an additional fee may apply.
