A cabin design ideally suited for a couple or individual. This stylish design is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional cabin form—a contrast to customary rustic treatments. Low, extra wide, roof overhangs protect from the weather while framing views from the interior with a wide “hat brim” feeling. The interior is snug where it can be, spacious where you want it to be. A high interior space (when purpose framed) sets off a completely open plan. The living area features integrated built–in seating (recommended) set against a large central fireplace completing the traditional cabin setting. Sliding doors open the living area to an inviting adjacent deck or terrace.
The plan is enhanced with a large u-shaped kitchen. The interior is envisioned completing the style in warm wood materials, crafted details and large central fireplace. The bedroom or “sleeping space” is a connected suite of open functions augmented by house length and width interior views.
