2016 & 2017 ENERGY STAR Contractor of The Year

For the second year in a row, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) awarded GreenSavers the ENERGY STAR Contractor of the Year Award. GreenSavers received recognition for making homes energy efficient in Portland and Bend, Oregon.

More than 800 Oregon homeowners completed energy improvements with GreenSavers in 2015 and 2016. The improvements saved enough energy to power 111 homes for an entire year. “Recognition should really go to our clients, Oregonians that are taking the initiative to do what makes sense for their homes and what’s right for our environment,” said Robert Hamerly, GreenSavers Principal.

Hamerly accepted the 2017 ENERGY STAR Contractor of the Year Award in front of 900 attendees at the ENERGY STAR Award Ceremony in Washington D.C. For a complete list of 2017 ENERGY STAR Award winners and more information about ENERGY STAR’s awards program, visit www.energystar.gov/awardwinners.
