They were quick and professional. But the reason I'm finally writing a review now is that I woke up this very cold Saturday morning to no heat. I determined that the condensate pump on the furnace had stopped working. I left a message at the main phone number, but knew that they likely wouldn't get it until Monday. I only had one cell phone number, for one of the home performance consultants, so I called him. He not only answered the phone, he immediately called the project manager, who called the HVAC installer, who was here within the hour to fix the problem (and leave me with his cell number for any future problems). Now that's service!

I got three bids for getting a new mini split system installed in my house. GreenSavers was the middle-priced bid. I chose them, because they are so much more than an HVAC company. They facilitated getting me local incentives and non-profit financing (which the others didn't really offer to help with and weren't terribly knowledgeable about). They talked through the efficiency of my whole house and how it related to the new HVAC system. They are not only knowledgable and driven, they are also excited about energy efficiency and seem to truly want the planet to be an greener place. I really liked everyone I worked with. Everyone I corresponded with was professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an energy upgrade!

The communication process was easy, we were kept up to date on everything, and the work was done very professionally. I also REALLY appreciated how they looked at everything about energy-efficiency together--for example, explaining how replacing our windows will affect how powerful of a mini-split system we might need, or how we might get more benefit from replacing our crawlspace insulation vs. replacing our whole HVAC system, even though replacing our insulation would cost less to do. Really helped us prioritize which projects to tackle now and which we will tackle next---but regardless of the order, we'll certainly be calling GreenSavers to do those follow-up projects.
